Lyman Park - Pittsfield NH

On Saturday the 15 of July, 2000 the Pittsfield Historical Society Dedicated Pittsfield's newest park named in honor of Frank Lyman.  This park was designed/created by a group of volunteers from the town of Pittsfield.  This park could not have been created without the support of the citizens of Pittsfield and  the many organizations who contributed time and finances.

The Chairman of the Park Committee was Larry Berkson, the President of the Pittsfield Historical Society. The stone work in this park was the work of Master Stone Mason Daniel Schroth. Raymond Webber III was in charge of building the gazebo.

An attempt has been made to provide a pictorial view of the park in its creation and its final dedication.  You are welcome to view this pictorial view below:

Stage Two of the Construction of Frank Lyman Park

Under the watchful eye of Dan Schroth, work on the "Wall" at Frank Lyman Park progressed quite satisfactorily.  Dan  supervised the placement of the stone work and the capstone on the wall so that it is now taking on the appearance of a wall structure.
